The Caveman Truck: Paleo Fast Food!

One of the hardest things to do on a Whole 30 is eat out. While L.A. may have a host of Paleo restaurants to choose from, Indianapolis does not. Thank goodness for the working gal's dinner savior (and lunch when it is downtown)....the Caveman Truck! You can read all about Indy's favorite food truck at http://www.cavemantruck.com/. Wednesday nights my favorite teal truck can usually be found Downtown at CrossFit Naptown which is located at the corner of North and Delaware. The owner, Shelby, is an awesome guy and remembers what all his regulars like. Here is what he whipped up for me tonight.

It was absolutely wonderful to eat hot, fresh, healthy food that I didn't have to cook after an extremely long work day (thank you Snow Day). Follow the Caveman Truck on Twitter (@cavemantruck) and on Facebook to see where it is. It usually parks downtown and in Carmel but stops in Fishers and Noblesville as well.

AND, it gets even better! The Caveman Truck was just named a finalist in the nationwide 2012 Food Truck Rookie of the Year contest. You can vote for it at  http://mobile-cuisine.com/features/who-is-the-2012-food-truck-rookie-of-the-year/. As our friends to the north in Chicago say, "Vote early and vote often!"
